Issue 2: Baja

Our Spring '22 issue found us exploring the two beautiful Mexican states of Baja California through tacos on Tijuana streets, diving into the divine seafood of Ensenada, spelunking a beautiful cheese cave in the hills of Ojos Negros, quaffing world-class wine in the eerily misty vineyards of Valle de Guadalupe, and cooking (and drinking plenty of Mezcal) with new friends in the southern town of Todos Santos.
